Thank you for your interest in applying to rent one of the available properties! Please read these instructions carefully in order to expedite the processing of your application. 

• We need one unique application from each adult applicant - if there is more than one adult, then list the others in the application under "Additional Occupants" and the applications will be linked.   Please do not combine multiple people onto one application.  

• Please be sure to use a unique email address for each application.  

1) Click here, print out and sign the Disclosure Agreement and Information Release Authorization We prefer that you attach this document in the Occupant section of the application.You may also either email it to us at SCGAtlanta@hotmail.com or Fax it to our office at (678) 701-1192.  

All adult applicants need to sign these two pages.

2) All applicants need to provide documentation to verify income for the previous month.  This could be your paystubs for the last four weeks, current SSI award letter, etc. 

Please gather these documents before completing the application since we prefer that you attach these documents in the Employment section of the application.  You may also email it to us at SCGAtlanta@hotmail.com or Fax it to our office at (678) 701-1192.

3) Click here to complete pet screening. NOTE:  ALL APPLICANTS MUST COMPLETE THIS STEP EVEN IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PETS.  

The following dog breeds are not accepted  (including mixes):

• Pit Bulls
• Staffordshire Terriers
• Doberman Pinschers
• Rottweilers
• German Shepherds
• Chows
• Great Danes
• Presa Canarios
• Akitas
• Alaskan Malamutes
• Siberian Huskies
• Wolf hybrids

4) Click here to complete and submit the online application  Have electronic copies of all documentation prepared prior to this step.  (payment is taken online upon completion)
